How can I clean up the model after a union process? Look the following image. There are no separated pieces in this model. I did a union of all pieces, but there are those junk lines in the intersections. How can I get rid of them?
The delete tool should do the job if it is possible to remove the edges.
the remove does not get rid of these kind of line with a notice it can not complette the action as design would breakdown-ish … what i have found out eac and every suface has to be on the same height in any direction. if the design flat facetted all good we can try to work our designs when the contact all sufaces brought togehter with alignment tool. if we create a glas, bottle or round the edges then make the object semi transparent or keep it normal colored it the lines will remain where they overlapped.
sort of BAKE after joined together would be perfect.
I’ve come across this issue before. It appears that the height (or depth) can be off by a very small fractional amount. Try using Replace Face. It works for me.
