The problem that this feature will solve:
Boundaries between mating parts cannot be seen in sectioned 3d modelling view. There is no differentiation of parts when viewed in section in the modelling environment
Brief description of the outcomes that you expect from this feature:
this feature will allow clear viewing of the clearances and clashes between bodies when viewed in section views and guide the design of correctly fitting parts.
What can’t you achieve without this feature?
designing parts to mate and clear each other as appropriate is difficult without colouring each sectioned part with the part color and/or varying the hatch line direction and density for each sliced part. The boundaryof each part is not visible
