Have seen the same, thought it was me not copying correctly. Only happened once today, afterwards all okay.
Some further copy information.
Seems you need to “click” copy again after the item has “reached” its desired destination.

There is no bug. This is new way of copying. You just need to finish it by clicking outside of the body. If you click ‘copy’ before that that will be regular move operation.
