I want to purchase a touch screen laptop one I found is from Asus but the cpu inside of the laptop is it has a Intel® Celeron® N4500 Processor 1.1 GHz (4M Cache, up to 2.8 GHz, 2 cores). Would this be enough power to run the program on. Here is the model name BR1100FKA-C4128GLT Part No 90NX03A1-M07410.

I’d recommend going with a stronger configuration.

On top of the answer from Istvan, please note that a touch screen alone will not really cut it. Most laptops with touchscreen fail to have digitizers on board, so they do not support the use of a pen.
