Is there a way to change the Title Block of my drawing to something other than Body 1?
When making a drawing, try renaming it in the Drawing Preferences popup where you set the parameters such as the Sheet size.
If you have already made your drawing and wish to change the title, simply rename it in the Items menu.

Would also be helpful to add a drawing revision level box to indicate which level of drawing you are using following any changes.
Also is possible to show hidden details such as a bore with broken lines
