Hello , I am facing problem for renewal of Educational License. While renewing my license an error is displayed as “ Ineligible email address”. I tried visiting EDU License Eligiblity page but it was not helpful. What should I do ?
You’re out of luck basically, I assume you’re in the same boat as me and you either don’t have a school email or you just can’t receive emails outside of the school.
I’ve contacted shapr3d support, and got my assistant principal to contact shapr3d and explained my situation. We were both met with the same answer that basically said “that there’s nothing they could do”
I find it very stupid that even after providing school id, papers, and schedules we need an email to actually get the license and prove we are a student.
