Exporting all design

Hey, folks.

Looking to export all my iPad Shapr3d designs to keep an archive on my desktop. Can I do a group export to either a shapr3d file or a common CAD file?

Thanks!

I could really use this feature too. I would like to be able to export them in the shapr3Dformat if possible

If you use Shapr3D across multiple platforms, i.e.: iPad, PC, or Mac, aren’t the files accessible through Shapr3D’s synchronization feature?

Or are you saying you want a duplicate copy of Shapr3D’s synchronization? I believe your designs are then stored on each platform.

I only work on an iPad, but I save my designs to Files, which stores them on iCloud. I have access to all my designs either on each iPad I use, or access iCloud on my PC.

Personally, don’t like cloud based solutions to maintaining original files. I have a bunch of designs that I’d like to quickly offload to my PC to archive them and clean up my designs page on Shapr3d.

To export all the files you created in Shapr3D, including all designs, to your computer using multiple selections, follow these steps.

Open a file and go to “share>export”.

In the left menu, under “Favorites”, add the file type or multiple file types you want to export to your favorites by marking them with a star.

Close the menu and the file and go to the Drafts section.

Select the files you want to download. (Since I am a Mac user, I make selections using the command key.)

Once the selection process is complete, right-click and click on the “Export to>Quick Export to Favorite Formats” option to copy to your destination area in one or more formats.
