Hi, has anyone tried drawing the mechanism for the ‘Fletcher Capstan table’? I would really like to try and make one and was hoping for a leg up with the mechanical design. If you havent heard of it, look it up on utube, its very cool. Thanks, Tom

Further. To this, I’ve started modelling my own design thoughts. Is there a way I can model the movements of an iris, to better understand the constraints of the arm and leaf movements?
