Formed tube shape design based on coordinate points

Hi all, does anybody has an experience with construction of thermo-formed tube according coordinate points (X,Y,Z), please?

The table holds the coordinates of the polyline that defines the pipe-centerline which has a fillet of 35 mm in each corner. As you have the centerline, the cross-section (which I cannot find but may miss the detail) can be swept through the centerline.

The pictures are my data on the desk and I would like create the tube based on this as we are doing in Catia. But in Sharp I did not found possibility insert coordinate point…so that was the question basically…is it possible somehow? Or other solution how create center line based on information from pictures?
Or only option could be get created center line from other program?
