Fuzzy Look of a Thread

I created a thread with the revolve tool, and the result looks kind of strange and fuzzy. Maybe this is just a rendering error or performance improvement?

Update: This is not just a rendering/display error. The model is actually wrong. I have no Idea why this happens.

  1. I draw a sketch (e.g. the rounded profile above)
  2. I use revolve with 4x sketchheight and 1440° (4x360)
  3. I use split at construction pane to flatten the thread
  4. I create several dummy bodies which I substract from the thread to create a phase.

I expect a proper thread that has the same clean profile/face as the origin sketch.
