Hello everyone ! I am designing a metal part which has a loop shaped groove inside it. I am not able to figure out how to design that loop. Here are some reference pictures of the groove.
Revolve 2 pipes 180 degrees with the height and diameter you need (internal diameter of the tube and total height of the groove), One clockwise one anticlockwise and union them.
