History: don’t auto collapse the expanded action details

when editing details of an action, for example: changing selection of edges for a fillet, corner type, radius, etc… don’t automatically collapse the dropdown. Often times people might want to edit other properties or even switch back right away if the change wasn’t desired

additionally, I’d like to not completely lose the history panel when editing the edges for a fillet (and other similar)

Last version not so? I am keeping off learning until realized. To annoyed by the behavioer of Parametric Beta as is. :cry:
