How to hide the lines created by chamfer

I created a cabinet leg, is it basically a cylinder shape to start with. I used chamfer function twice to get to the right shape I wanted, so the cylinder has slightly smaller and smoother bottom. However the two chamfers created two lines on the cylinder shape, how do I hide the lines to the cylinder shape looks one piece?

Go into render mode and they go away. The lines represent boundaries of the chamfer.
