I see separate feature requests for drawing a line and extruding it to a surface. What I’m looking for those is the equivalent of Autodesk Fusion’s “Thin Extrude” feature. Which this feature, I can extrude simple line sketch geometry and the lines will be thickened to have a body without having to do the work of a lot of sketch manipulation.

I second this. Thin extrudes are useful when making sheet metal or formed plastic sheet features.
And for defining custom split “planes”.
