Asking if it is possible to import 3D scanned images to shapr? I have all the equipment and the program. Currently putting them on solids works but would be handy to have it on to this

There is not a direct way to that; you must import your scan model into FreeCad first and then convert it to an STEP file and finally import it into Shapr3D.
