Other than the ubiquitous pens, I am only familiar with their razors which I find to have good value for the cost.

Reverse Engineering. I used to do it for a living. I am currently working on reversing a problematic air flow switch design in LPG fueled furnaces. My project is unauthorized by the manufacturer. However I will fix their common fail point solving a problem for end users.
