Prototype soon to be Xmas gift. The pattern needs some revision. A little too busy. I have many ideas for different patterns. I intend to sell them as printable models and laser cut patterns online. Consists of 4 identical sides that interlock. Printing the 3rd side now while I apply the pattern to the top panel.

Great idea. I assume the Lightbox is printed in PLA? Ever consider using color change PLA? The warmth of the lightbulb will start the color change. Might be worth experimenting. Merry Christmas!
I shy away from PLA as it gets a bit melty/ warpy at about 130f water. Washing it in hot water has disastrous results I have found. The color change would be great though. Iām thinking of designing a base version for RGB leds. I might prototype it using Tinycircuits. That way it can do all sorts of lighting tricks like a slow gentle color chaser etc. TinyLily Platform | Shop | TinyCircuits.com
