Locked points can't be moved

As a sketch I’ve created 3 simple rectangles. I want to move them and I can’t.

I get the notification " locked points can’t be moved " when in sketch mode or “Transform failed because sketch constraints couldn’t be solved” when I exit sketch mode.

This is after I unlocked these under constraints. I did not lock them in the first place?? Auto constraining is off?

Any help would be appreciated.

You only need to unlock the center point.

I already tried that. It didn’t work. Bug maybe??

I used a work around by changing the rectangles to lines. Then moved them as a group.

100% a bug and still happening. I’ve tried to unlock the center point of a sketch numerous times. I rebooted as well to be sure its isn’t another Shapr memory leak issue where functionality just drops off until it’s restarted.
