Model button turns into Items button in ‘Model mode’

The problem that this feature will solve:

Less icon/button clutter.

Brief description of the outcomes that you expect from this feature:

In ‘Modelling mode’ the model icon/button turns into ‘Items button’

In ‘Visualisation mode’ the button turns back to ‘Model mode’ button. There no need of 4 buttons.

I would like to see the Modeling and Visualization just toggle, no need to keep both present.

And also, on wish list since years back, add the missing OFF!

Instead of disturbingly flashing on and off and covering my work.
