moving the "sketch, add, transform, tools..." buttons to the right side on windows.

Hi!

I’m currently using a windows laptop with a touchscreen supporting a wacom aes pen.
Since I’m left handed I would like to move the main UI of tools and sketching to the right side of the screen but can’t seem to find the option to do it.
