I work in education as a records technician for the durham public school system in NC, I am trying to set up an account with the free EDU license version of the app and is having trouble. I made an account on here hoping to get help because I continue to get an error message when trying to apply for the license and am not sure what the specific issue is, I have an email given to me by the durham public school system and I would be able to provide proof of employment in the school system if necessary. I don’t work at a school building on site but frequently visit many schools in the district for my job, maybe the issue is that i don’t work on site at a school permanently. I love the program and would really love to get this figured out.,
