After I created a drawing, I modified a sketch. But that change isn’t reflected in the drawing. How can I refresh a drawing?

Drawings are generated from bodies, so changing a sketch has no effect on them, therefore there is no refresh either.
If you modify the body which the drawing is generated from, you will see a notification when you open the drawing, so you can refresh.
