I was just wondering would shapr be a good way to model custom wheels on the go or while I’m out the office. I use solid works normally.
Hi, @carbuilder did that actually. One of the screenshots of the app in the App Store is a car rim made by him. So I suppose yes You can export your works to STEP that you can import to SW like a charm.
I did that wheel, and rear axle, in the “early days”. There are a lot more features in Shapr3D now, so it would be easier and more accurate…and more fun!
If you look through the “Share your creations” you’ll see it.
