Newbe here, can I create a working scissor lift with Shapr3D?
“Working” is kind of an ambiguous term. You can design a scissor lift in Shapr3D, but there isn’t anything in the way of kinematics or simulation.
As Justin indicates, there are no kinematics, however, if for for visual purposes, you can select specific assemblies, and move or rotate them as desired. Then use the go back key to the beginning. Then screen record, and step forward. Here is an example, albeit not kinematics.
