What does A variable represent?

Looks like it’s the thickness of the extruded sketch.

Dimension A represents the non-variable vertical dimension of the model.

I barely ever model with variables (to my shame), so this was a fun little refresher on how to use them! Thanks Shapr team, these challenges are a great idea!

Had a go. I don’t typically model on the basis of parametric dependencies. But it did give my brain a bit of a work out which was good. Sorry. Removed the screen shot. Didn’t see the requirement not to share.

Submission deadline is Sunday. There is still plenty of time to participate!
