Hi modelers, I’ve been at it for 6 months and have produced some pretty good models, just chugging through the basics. I feel as though i’ve missed opportunities to use the Translate tool in my work, because i struggle to wrap my thick brain around it’s use cases other than aligning a screw into a hole. Is it just a more advanced option to the ALign Tool? Is it something that others use more frequently? I just get the “invalid selections’…” error when i think maybe it’s time use it.
I found a 2019 post about a translate webinar on here but no link to it…
