When export an STL it prints with a gap on the bottom

What happens is it prints with gap in all directions so the filament drops. No other program has this issue and is not the printer. It’s either a bug or I’m using the app wrong.

Hard to troubleshoot with that description. Been printing using Shapr for quite some time no problems. Can you share an example?

I’ll see on the example next time I try it, I’m using on Mac, an when I print the extruded is way above the print bed, about 1/8 inch above the bed. It’s like the file contains extra data. I tried on my iPad like I used to use it, but my designs are more complex and my 8th Gen can’t handle it without crashing.

Make sure you don’t have a minuscule body too small to see below?
