How do I scale a 2d drawing if the model is of 40 mm height or smaller than that? The problem is even after making the scale 1:1 the 2d drawing looks small ! I have attached an image for reference.

You can change the scaling of the views on the drawing properties sidebar by the view scale option or individually per views by selecting the view and picking the scale badge below the arrows.
