Any plans to implement and integrate 3D Sub-D modelling similar to DSS’s xShape?

Initially I assumed, this functionality would be available because Shapr3D is running on the Siemens Parasolid geometric kernel, and since Solid Edge has Subdivision modelling perhaps that could be gained for free with the kernel license, but that’s not the case, so frowning.

Though all is not lost on the idea, Solid Edge is using ‘OpenSubDiv’ and those libraries are Open Source, so there’s a win, financially no licensing costs;-)

That is a real nice function. Hope that it will incorporated in S3D some day in the future.
