3rd Party printing service unable to save the STL file

My colleague can’t save the file I’ve sent him. He needs to save to memory stick and pass onto printing service. Is there some kind of anti-save encryption?

No, there isn’t any magic. It’s just a plain stl file. What’s his problem?

He might need to update his browser. You can try sending the file via wetransfer.com
