Add ToolTips to Multi-step commands

The problem that this feature will solve: Reduce the learning curve for people just starting with Shapr3d

For me people like me, I would have to watch the video to understand what needs to be selected to make the sweep tool work. Consider add tooltips for multi-step commands to reduce the learning curve and allow users to stay in program to figure things out.
