Angled Holes

Hi I’m new to Shapr3D. I have a model that I need to cut a angled hole through. What’s the best way to achieve this? Unless I’m missing something, I can’t seem to find an option that after creating the sketch of a circle to be able to extrude it through the object on an angle. Thanks

Welcome to the Forum.

This is just one MO.
Form your Circle into a Cylinder
Tap on the cylinder and use the ‘handles’ to orient. It into position
Then use Tools > Subtract.

Hi Joe, to help us better assist you please can you upload a screenshot of your model marking the point where you like to have the hole.

Hi im having the same issue could you help me make a 59° angled hole where a shaft can go into the object i included a picture of where and what im trying to put the hole into.

You could create a construction plane, create a sketch of a circle on it, rotate the plane to the angle you need, and negative-extrude the circle into the part.

I used some planes to sketch on my custom curtain rod holder. See what you made me do? Now I have a hole in my curtain rod holder

There are many ways to make an angled hole. Here are a couple.
