Could you give some more details? What do you mean exactly by not working? What is/isn’t happening when you change the environment? The app version, OS version, device, and a short video would also help a lot to investigate the issue.

Hi.
I am using shapr3D on an iPad Pro. and when i use render function and switch what to add background… shapr3D doesn’t work.

Could you please attach a video about the problem? So far I haven’t been able to reproduce it.

Which app, OS version and iPad Pro are you using?
