Usually it happens when zero thickness bodies would be created by the operation, which aren’t supported by Shapr3D.
To find the exact part, please open a support ticket at https://support.shapr3d.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and upload your model in .shapr format, we are happy to help.
Alternatively, you can download standard screws (best case in .step or .x_t format), and use them in your model, so you don’t have to create them yourself.
Thanks for your quick support. I changed the model and it does work. Unfortunately the one what did not work is now overwritten…I still don’t understand why it did not work but anyway thanks…next time I will upload the file.
