I’ve been trying to load some of my designs today and can no longer load the more complex ones. Normally there is a short lag in loading these designs, but today the designs would never load. The app stayed on the “processing” screen for at least 4 minutes before I gave up (I timed it).
Here are the troubleshooting steps I’ve taken so far:
- I checked my internet connection and it is quite good (835mbps down and 940mbps up).
- I rebooted my computer.
- I tried importing the design I had previously exported as a .shapr file.
- I checked my subscription (EDU expires on 11/15/2026).
- Repaired the app
- Reset the app
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
My App Version is: 26.0.10296.0 #c080ced1 and Installation Type: Website.
Windows 11.
I’m in a pinch and need to access my designs!
