A client of mine gave me a dfx file. However upon clarifying the dimension it was not match.
Example the hole according to them is 18mm upon check importing it and check the measurement it wAs 7mm… then ive tried importing again with same file. The dimension was not the same again.
Interestingly, the ratio between 7 and 18 is nearly 2.54, which is the ratio between inches and centimeters. When you import, be sure to select the right units, and be sure your project is using the right units as well.

In a pinch you may be able to scale your model using uniform scale, but that sounds less than ideal depending on the tolerances of your drawing.
