I’m currently having problems with the file import.
When I export from Shapr3D, svg or dxf, then the size in XTOOL Creative Space is not correct. The DPI value of both programs is 96. What could that be?

Hard to explain but I know the problem. Write down the dimensions in Shapr so you can scale it in Xtools or any other software.
Different CAD software has different meaning for what 1 inch, 1 mm, 1 cm, is internally.

I had lot of problems myself, I have to use lot of different 3d programs and get different dimensions.
You will get scaling numbers that kinda looks consistent, like .001%, .254%, .265%.
What I do is make a simple cube 100mm x 100mm and check the dimension in different programs, make note of it and use that scale factor consistently.
Ok…well…I’m going to use LightBurn again now. There is no need for scaling
