If I have a loop and I draw a small circle on it, how can I repeat the loops on the same path and in one direction and the same distances between the loops

You need to duplicate this circle around your loop using Move/Rotation tool.
For example you need 6 holes.
Select circle, move pivot point to center of loop, use Move/Rotate tool to rotate around this center.
Select button “copy” and set new angle (360 / 6 = 60)
Repeat this 5 times
