How to create multiple holes around a circle

Thanks for a great product, I’m a first time user and having trouble making ten holes around a 4 inch circle. Is there a tutorial I’m missing? Thanks

Hi, tap on Transform and then select the move/rotate option
Move the direction arrows gizmo to the center point of the large circle

For ten circles, copy-paste the smaller circles around the large circle at an equal (angular) distance of 36 degrees as shown in the video below:
