Hello everyone,
I’m having some trouble making complex shapes like the curvature on an archtop guitar top and back. I’ve made some mockups of the curvatures side-to-side and used the loft tool to connect them. My main problem is the ends/head and tail. I made a mock-up of the longitudinal arch running from where the neck meets the body to the bottom of the body but loft wouldn’t recognize it. I assume because it’s running perpendicular to the other cross-sections being used. Is there a way to connect such complex shapes into a full version of the archtop top and back? Or is that feature not possible/available on the app yet? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
