When I extrude a body from the sketch I get this line at the point the 2 splines meet. It doesn’t seem like much in the model, but it is apparent in the 3D print. It seems to be more pronounced when finishing with a chamfer as well. Is there a way to join the splines so as to not have this line in the extruded body? If not, is there another way to avoid the troublesome line? I’ve tried making them tangent but there is no change in behavior. Thanks for any help.
Select the 2 splines and use the tangent constraint.
