I’m wondering if there is any way to copy & paste, specially between files.
If that’s not possible, how is the best workflow to copy elements from one project to another?

Currently there is no direct copy-paste between designs.
The best way usually is to select the body you want to reuse later, use the isolate mode, then export it in x_t format, which you can later import to your other designs.

A “parts bin” that is available to every design would be fantastic. Drag your body into the bin ( or folder ). So many steps saved.
