Do you have dev API to create plugins for example to create cabinets and other carpentry related items?

I am interested in creating plugins to make it easier to create cabinets such as kitchen cabinets using your platform. Do you plan to have an API that would allow such a system to be developed? I think it would be a very nice addition.
