Double clicking expanded history entry should collapse it

The problem that this feature will solve:

History entries are displayed collapsed by default. Double left clicking (or clicking the arrow pointing to the right on the right side) on their name expands them so that their parameters are visible and can be manipulated. However, if I double click again on the name, it does not collapse it back to the default view. The only way to collapse it again is to click the downward facing arrow on the right side of the name. This is quite frustrating.

Brief description of the outcomes that you expect from this feature:

Easy navigation of history requiring less precise mouse maneuvers, since I can have quite a few history items expanded, and collapsing them again with a double left click would allow me to be more broad with mouse movements and be faster. The area of the name is much larger than the area of the little arrow so that I wouldn’t have to focus and waste time with precisely navigating to that tiny arrow many times.

What can’t you achieve without this feature?

It is annoying in the workflow and now I am here creating a ticket instead of doing actual work.
