I would like to design a Bagback but can´t find an easy way to create a cloth and handle the thickness of the fabric.

Even a sheet of paper has thickness. In order to make anything in Shapr you must have a closed sketch with internal volume. The shell tool can help on lofted bodies. Do a search for guided loft on this forum. It should shed some light on methods you can use.
