Hello, I am trying to create an annular snap joint around the top edge of a rectangle box with radii edges.
Does anyone know how to use a sketch profile of the annular snap joint
and “revolve” it around a non cylindrical object?

You can use the ‘sweep’ tool to sweep the profile around the perimeter.
Here’s the workflow…
You’ll notice that to sweep around the corner I had to crop the corner of the profile as it extended beyond the axis of rotation.
