History Panel on the Left as a second tab

The problem that this feature will solve:

Increase screen real estate and make UI more consistent. Since Items are in list view and history is also a list view it makes sense to group them together as a tab.

Brief description of the outcomes that you expect from this feature:

Increase the use of history by grouping it together.

By having 2 separate panels in either side the natural tendency is to close one of them to make space.

What is is that you can’t achieve without this feature?

Not a blocker but It slows you down because 2 major panels are on both sides, I do not know the app usage stats but I can logically guess that items panel is more used.

It would be better if the Items/History panel be top and bottom and NOT side tabs.

Too many things you need to select an item, AND then expand the history panel for the last action.
this bottom HISTORY would then need to be last action on the top of the list to get to it faster
