How can I get chamfers to meet? :(

So I’ve had this issue a while and usually somewhat fix it by getting it close… but I can never get chamfers to line up so there is always a weird edge which prevents proper edge flow. Bevel is fine, no issue at all only chamfer. How can I fix this?. Is there a edge constraint to keep it same width as other chamfers when doing at the same time?.

Tried another same issue. Can’t get the chamfer to stop on the corner there is always a gap. If I try to manually get it close it still won’t be perfect and then I can’t bevel because it isn’t snapped
