How can I show all the measurements of the sketch?

Why do some sketches constantly show all the dimensions?

Still can’t figure it out and how to disable it. Sometimes a group of sketches will continue to show all the dimensions even when not selected, which is annoying as it interferes with body creation etc. Other sketches don’t show all the dimensions. Don’t remember turning anything on, so what’s the deal with this? Is it just random?
