Show the whole design so we can see what you have to work with please. What is the body or bodies behind to 2 bodies you want to join by a 3rd body? The replace face tool is looking like what you need.

Hi, if ‘Replace Face’ doesn’t work for you, try ‘Loft’ Under ‘Tools > Loft’, you should (hopefully) be able to select the 2 inside faces and Shapr3D will join them.

Another way .
Fit a larger block into the slot. Then use the “split body” tool with the planes of the existing model, to sculpt it. Then union.
So you can get the effect of the two bodies.
